Hug a Tree and Balance Your Poles – How's and Why's
I hug tree's as part of my energetic hygiene routine. I do this once a week or so.

- Uncoordinated Movements – Difficulty with physical balance, clumsiness, or a sensation of heaviness in the limbs.
- Brain Fog – Trouble focusing, memory lapses, or an overall sense of mental cloudiness.
- Sensitivity to Electronic Devices – Heightened discomfort around Wi-Fi signals, screens, or electronics.
- Divining Rods and Pendulums stop working - You find accuracy in your divining tools is off, or not responding as they used to.
- Psychic Senses are dulled - When your poles are imbalanced it will seem as though you are channelling an empty room, or feel like your angels have abandoned you. This is because it seems as though all messages promptly stop flowing in as they used to.
Balancing these magnetic poles can be as simple as restoring a connection with nature.

How to Use Tree Hugging to Balance Your Poles
This practice is simple yet profoundly effective. When practiced at least one a month, you will notice a positive impact. You cannot over due it.
Here’s how to balance your pole with an intentional tree hugging experience:
- Find Your Tree – Choose a tree that feels inviting—one that calls to you with its presence. Larger, older trees tend to have a stronger grounding energy, but any tree can help.
- Make Physical Contact – Wrap your arms around the trunk with your toes, chest and third eye centre rested against the tree. If this is not possible, you can place your palms flat against the trunk or sit with your back flat against the tree. Feel its texture, its warmth, its pulse.
- Breathe and Connect – Take slow, intentional breaths. As you inhale, visualize the tree’s grounding energy flowing into you. As you exhale, release any static or imbalanced energy. Take your time, and allow yourself to remain present.
- Align Your Polarity – Notice how your body feels against the tree. Some people experience sensations like tingling, a feeling of lightness, or a sense of energetic recalibration. Stay present to the shifts happening within.
- Express Gratitude – Nature responds to appreciation. Before stepping away, silently or aloud, thank the tree for its energy, its stability, and its role in your balancing process. You might even receive a response in a way you’ll best understand.
You can take as long as you like, but it is advised to practice this technique for no less than a full minute.

Everything in nature operates through interconnected systems. Trees absorb energy from the earth, channel it through their roots, and send it skyward through their leaves, creating a natural circuit. When we physically connect with a tree, we enter that circuit—helping our own energy recalibrate and flow more harmoniously.
