First Degree Reiki Training Usui Shiki Ryoho
This level of learning is said to be life changing!
The First Degree of Reiki is intended for those individuals who wish to develop the skills to complete self reiki treatments with confidence, and engage with their personal development on a more impactful level. Share this gentle, yet powerful, healing modality with your family and pets as you grow.
Over Four Weeks:
Building a Powerful Self-Reiki Practice
Students will learn everything they need to start a self-Reiki practice, designed to promote an inspired lifestyle.
Weekly Sessions
Each session covers bite-sized sections of the course manual and includes bonus cheat sheets for additional learning.
Homework Assignments
Students will be given homework to complete before the next session, reinforcing the weekly lessons.
Group Sharing and Q&A
During each session, students will share their homework experiences and discuss any questions from the previous week's lesson.
Why Four Weeks?
This style of teaching supports the creation of a long term reiki practice. Students will have the time needed to explore each topic in greater depth. Taking this extra time together offers amazing results. Students leave with a greater understanding of their energetic bodies, engage with foundational personal development tools and build a consistent self care reiki practice more naturally. This also creates a more profound connection to the teachings that the Dr. Usui Method of Natural Healing offers. The small group aspect also guarantees each student receives the time and attention needed to succeed after our time together.
Second Degree Reiki Training Usui Shiki Ryoho
Over Five Weeks:
Prerequisite
Students must have completed Level One training before enrolling in this course.
Exploring Energetic Systems, Sacred Symbols and the Three Pillars of Reiki
Students will dive deeper into the energetic systems and embody the Three Pillars of Reiki, explore the first three traditional Reiki symbols and learning how to broadcast Reiki across distance and time.
Advanced Topics in Week Five
In week five, students will delve into goal setting, ethics, and considerations for building a successful professional Reiki practice.
Weekly Homework Assignments
Students will be offered weekly homework to complete before the next group gathering, reinforcing the lessons.
Group Sharing and Q&A**
Each session begins with sharing homework experiences and discussing any questions from the previous week's lesson.

This style of teaching supports confidence and consistency in ones self-care and professional practice.
The Second Degree of Reiki is a massive level of learning!
