A Sovereign Soul: Rituals for Reclaiming Your Inner Fire

Come back to the center of your magic. Your sovereignty is calling.

From the sacred stillness of my personal practice to the dynamic rhythms of healing others, I’ve seen it time and again: even the most radiant souls—those called to be healers, witches, and guides—can lose the brilliance of their inner fire. If you've found yourself feeling scattered, stagnant, or simply "off," trust me—you are not alone, and you are not broken.

You are on a sovereign path, and the most powerful thing you can do is to return to yourself with love, ritual, and devotion.

Why We Dim: A Healer’s Truth

Even as spiritual practitioners, we are not immune to the dense pull of the world around us. Sometimes we soften our shine so others feel more comfortable. Sometimes we internalize the doubts, projections, and traumas of those around us morphing them into our own struggle. And sometimes, we simply fall out of alignment—neglecting our energetic hygiene, ignoring what our bodies need, drowning in distraction and overstimulation.

This isn't failure. It's a call back home.

Energetic self-care is more than crystals and sage. It's nourishment. It's movement. It's radical presence. It’s consistency in practice. Below are three potent rituals I offer you today to help you reclaim your fire, restore clarity, and re-anchor your soul in sovereignty. Use them for inspiration in your own energetic hygiene practice:

Ritual One: Violet Flame Breathwork & Meditation

The Violet Flame is the flame of transmutation—a powerful energetic tool that clears the density of patterns from what has been so that higher frequencies may enter, and new pathways can open up. Violet, the color of highest vibration in our visible spectrum, is your ally in releasing stories, pain, and patterns that are non-contributing.

How to Practice:

  • Sit comfortably in sacred space. You may light a violet or white candle, or call in ascended masters, ancestors, or guides. Archangel Metatron is one example of an angelic guide who is aligned with the Violet Ray of Light.
  • Begin deep, rhythmic breathing. On each inhale, visualize vibrant violet light entering your crown and filling your being.
  • On your exhale, imagine gray smoke—symbolizing old energy—leaving your body through your mouth or feet.
  • Continue for 10–20 minutes, allowing the Violet Flame to cleanse each chakra, especially the solar plexus and third eye.
  • End with gratitude, anchoring your intention: “I transmute the old and awaken my soul’s fire.”

This ritual is like energetic CPR—a way to reset your field and reclaim your power.

Ritual Two: Hara Chakra Activation in Energy Work

Most lightworkers are familiar with the major chakras, but the Hara Chakra—also known as the Triple Heater or Tantien Area in some traditions—is the energy epicenter we often overlook. Located two fingers width below the navel, The Hara Chakra is known as the storehouse of our spiritual fire.

When the Hara is depleted, you may feel unmotivated, ungrounded, or disconnected from your purpose. Your waistline might be expanding, or you may notice interruptions in your normal digestive process. Bringing awareness back to this energy centre is a game-changer.

How to Practice:

  • During self reiki or any energy healing session, begin by placing one or both hands over your lower abdomen.
  • Breathe deeply into this space. Feel it warm up, pulsate, and expand.
  • Imagine a soft golden-orange flame flickering within your Hara - growing and expanding. Lighting up where there were once darkend spots within the flame.
  • As you continue your session, keep a gentle awareness of this energy center.
  • When you feel the session is complete, ground the body and energy and close the biofield with radiant golden white light.
  • Use affirmations like “I am grounded in my power. My life force is strong and sovereign.”

Over time, this practice will help you return to embodied confidence and revitalized intuition.

Ritual Three: Fire Ceremony for Energetic Liberation

Fire doesn't just destroy—it transforms. A burning ceremony allows you to symbolically and energetically release the heavy layers you've been carrying, especially those that aren't even yours.

How to Practice:

  • Write down your fears, doubts, perceived limitations, and any beliefs you’ve adopted from others. Take your time and cover everything you are ready to address.
  • On a second sheet of paper, write your hopes and intentions—dream boldly! This is not a time to hold back.
  • Safely light a fire (even a candle or fire-safe bowl will do) and offer your pages to the flames one by one. Beginning with the sheets addressing your fears.
  • Watch them burn – surrendering your need to hold them any longer. Letting the element of fire transmute these fears and desires to the earth and heavens to be sorted out by higher forces that support our pathway to living your best life.
  • Then, sit with the fire. Stare deeply into its dancing light. Let it inspire visions, insights, and spaciousness. Allowing it to show you your Sovern Fire and how it would like to work with you to maintain your own personal power, potency and potential.

Optional but powerful: Burn old journals, outdated letters, or anything that ties you to stories of your former self.

This ritual clears not only energy, but timeline clutter—freeing you to move forward unbound.

Final Thoughts: Sovereignty Begins with Remembering

My soul friend, you came here to be a lighthouse. But lighthouses need tending, too.

Your spiritual work doesn’t begin and end at the altar—it continues in the kitchen, in your choices, in how you speak to yourself, nourish yourself, and hydrate the temple of your body. Self-care isn’t just baths and breathwork. It’s also protein, greens, stretching, and drinking that glass of water you’ve ignored for three hours. These aren’t indulgences—they’re sacred acts of devotion to your purpose.

Come home to yourself. Tend your fire. And remember - Even the most brilliant flames flicker—but they never truly go out.

You are not off course. You are simply recalibrating.

Welcome back.
